About The Card Deck
Do I need to follow the cards in order?
No. There’s no order. You can shuffle, pick by category, or just choose what feels right that day.
I don’t have much time, How long does each activity take?
It’s not about doing more but being a little more present in what you do.
Most take between 5–20 minutes. Some are quick. Some you might want to stay in longer. There’s no pressure to do it perfectly.
Is this suitable for any dog?
Yes, any dog, any age. You can always adapt the activity to your dog and your routine.
What’s on each card?
Each card has a simple activity on the front.
On the back, there’s a QR code you can scan to watch a short video of a talking dog walking you through it — simple, playful, and easy to follow.
Do I have to use it every day?
Not at all. You can use it once a week, once in a while, or whenever it feels right.
About The Journal
How is it used?
The journal is designed to go alongside your time with your dog.
Each week, there are short prompts to help you capture moments, thoughts, and memories — the kind you’d otherwise forget.
Do I have to write every week?
No. You can write when you feel like it — once a week, once in a while, or just when something feels worth remembering.
What if I don’t know what to write?
That’s what the prompts are for. They’re simple and open, just enough to help you start. You can follow them, skip them, or write something completely different.
Is this like a diary or more structured?
It’s somewhere in between. There’s a light structure to guide you, but it’s still your space. You can keep it simple or make it your own.
Do I need to use it with the card deck?
All prices are shown in USD.
Is it okay if I skip pages or don’t follow it perfectly?
Yes. There’s no right way to do it. It’s yours.

I already paid and placed order, When will my order be processed?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days before shipping.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to help. Please email us as soon as possible at hello.mydogandme@gmail.com and we’ll do our best.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled if they haven’t been fulfilled or shipped. Contact us quickly and we’ll check for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods through Shopify, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other local payment options depending on your region.
What currency are prices in?
We ship worldwide from our fullfilment center in the US.
Will I have to pay taxes or customs?
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are set by your local customs authority, are not included in our prices, and are the customer’s responsibility.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–6 business days within the US, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.
Can I change my shipping address?
If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, yes. Once it’s shipped, we’re unfortunately not able to change the address.
