1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the My Dog & Me website and online store ("Service") operated by Future Studio LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website at mydogandme.co or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. Products

My Dog & Me sells the following physical products:

• The Card Deck - "A Year of Meaningful Moments"
• The Journal - "The Story of Us"
• The Bundle (card deck and journal together)

All products are physical goods shipped to the address you provide at checkout. There are no subscription services, digital products, or recurring charges associated with any purchase.

Some cards in the card deck include QR codes on the back that link to publicly available video content. No account, login, or additional purchase is required to access this content.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

We accept secure payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

By submitting payment, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. Orders may be cancelled if payment is unauthorized or cannot be verified.

5. Discount codes

Discount codes are single use and may only be applied once per customer. Codes are non-transferable and have no cash value. We reserve the right to cancel orders where a discount code has been misused, duplicated, or applied in violation of these Terms.

6. Order fulfillment and shipping

All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party logistics partner via ShipRelay. We ship to addresses within the United States and internationally. Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 3-7 business days from dispatch
• International: 7-21 business days from dispatch, depending on destination

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak season demand.

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
• Delivery delays caused by third-party carriers
• Customs delays or import taxes imposed by destination countries

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

7. Returns and refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued in the following circumstances:

• We are unable to fulfill your order due to circumstances on our end
• Your order arrives damaged or defective - in this case we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or replacement under the above circumstances, please contact us at hello@mydogandme.co within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and clear photos of the issue where applicable.

8. Intellectual property

All content on mydogandme.co including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs is the intellectual property of Future Studio LLC or its licensors.

You may not use, copy, or redistribute any content without our written permission. All rights reserved.

9. User-generated content

By posting reviews, photos, or other content relating to My Dog & Me on our website or social media, you grant Future Studio LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use and display that content for marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Third-party services

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Orders are fulfilled by our third-party logistics partner via ShipRelay. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party services. Please review their policies before using their services.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or purchase of our products.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the order in question.

We are not liable for carrier delays, lost shipments, or customs issues beyond those covered by our replacement policy above.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Future Studio LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

13. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted at mydogandme.co. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wyoming.
