Order processing

All orders are fulfilled by our third-party logistics partner via ShipRelay. Orders are typically picked, packed, and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

During peak periods such as the holiday season, processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays via email.

Shipping costs

• United States: Free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.
• International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Estimated delivery times

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak demand periods.

• United States: 3-7 business days from dispatch
• International: 7-21 business days from dispatch, depending on destination

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your order's progress. If you have not received a tracking notification within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@mydogandme.co.

Shipping carriers

We ship via a range of carriers depending on your location and the most efficient option available. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others. We reserve the right to choose the carrier for each shipment.

PO boxes

We are currently unable to ship to PO boxes. Please provide a full street address at checkout.

International shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If your order is held by customs, please contact your local customs office directly.

Restricted countries

Due to US government regulations and international sanctions, we are unable to ship to the following countries and regions:

• Cuba
• Iran
• North Korea
• Russia
• Belarus
• Syria
• Venezuela
• Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions)

This list is subject to change in line with US export regulations. If your country is not listed above but your order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Incorrect addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at hello@mydogandme.co. We will do our best to update it before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the following timeframes from your dispatch confirmation, please contact us:

• United States: 15 days past the estimated delivery date
• International: 30 days past the estimated delivery date

We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the order is confirmed lost. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

Holiday shipping

During peak holiday periods, we recommend ordering early to ensure delivery in time. We will communicate holiday order cutoff dates via our website and email.
